You have the right to information about the stored data in accordance with Art 15 GDPR, to rectification of inaccurate data in accordance with Art 16 GDPR, to erasure of data in accordance with Art 17 GDPR, to restriction of processing of data in accordance with Art 18 GDPR, to object to unreasonable data processing in accordance with Art 21 GDPR, and to data portability in accordance with Art 20 GDPR.

If the processing is based on a declaration of consent, you have the option of revoking this at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

4. How We Collect Your Data

Contact form: You can currently enter data on our website so that you can contact us.

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name, company name, telephone number if applicable) will be processed by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.

Registration: If you have set up a user account on this site, the information you provide will be stored for the duration of the user relationship. With regard to the mandatory information required in each case, we refer you to the GTC, from which the relevant information can be found.

If you would like to have your user account deleted, you can contact us at any time. Please note, however, that there are retention obligations for certain data (e.g. according to the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and tax law), at least in the case of chargeable orders. In these cases, the deletion of the data is followed by blocking.

To process your order: If you enter your order data on our website or via email, the data you provide, including your personal data, will be processed by us and the recipients named below for the purpose of order processing within the scope of our business relationship with you for (pre-)contract processing in order to process and manage your order.

At no time will your data be merged, linked, or otherwise associated with personal data collected via other components of the site for purposes other than the provision of customer service.

6. Why We Are Allowed to Process Your Data

If you contact us, e.g. simply to obtain information from us, we may process your data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

If you contact us, e.g. to conclude a contract, we may process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and, if necessary, store it on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.

To process your order: The processing of your data, including the personal data provided by you and any unsolicited and voluntarily provided special categories of personal data, is carried out by us and the recipients listed below on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR in order to be able to identify you as a customer, to be able to process the order in question appropriately and to correspond with you. The data processing takes place at your request and is necessary for the purposes mentioned for the appropriate processing of your order.

Marketing: Legitimate interest Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest is our interest in initiating business and intensifying the business relationship with existing and potential customers.

7. What Data Do We Process?

Depending on what you voluntarily provide to us, your data processed by us may include the following:

  • Your contact details (name, company name, e-mail address, etc.)
  • Content of the order

The provision of information by you is purely voluntary. Nevertheless, we expressly request that you do not disclose any data to us that is likely to be of little or no relevance to the purpose for which you intend to use it; this applies in particular to special categories of personal ("sensitive") data.

8. Who Will Your Data Be Passed On To?

As part of our services, we use Firebase, a platform for developers from Google LLC, which offers various cloud services, including data hosting. Your data is stored on Google's servers, which may also be located in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which means that the company guarantees a level of data protection that meets the standards of the European Union. We have agreed standard contractual clauses with Google that ensure the protection of your personal data when it is processed outside the EU or the EEA.

In addition, we use Sentry.io, an error analysis service from Functional Software, Inc. to detect and diagnose errors in real time. This helps us to ensure the stability of our application and improve the user experience. Sentry.io processes information such as system errors, IP addresses, and device data to assist us in troubleshooting. The data may also be stored on servers in the USA. Functional Software, Inc. complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield framework.

We only pass on your data to third parties to the extent necessary to provide our services. Your data will not be passed on to other third parties unless this is required by law or you have expressly consented to it being passed on.

9. How Long We Process Your Data

By providing us with your data via this website or via email, you expressly agree that your data, including the personal data provided by you and any unsolicited and voluntarily provided special categories of personal data, may be processed by us and the above-mentioned recipients for the duration of the processing of the information in question. If you contact us merely to obtain information from us, your data will either be deleted immediately or after a reasonable period of time, depending on the content of the communication. If you withdraw your declaration of consent, we will delete all your data - including cumulative data - from all databases.

Order: We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment, and order data for a period of 7 years. If you contact us to conclude a contract, the data will be deleted at the end of the 7th year after the last document was posted (§ 132 BAO). If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will therefore be stored until the end of this period. However, we restrict processing after 2 years, i.e., your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations. Statutory/legal retention obligations or contractual obligations e.g. vis-à-vis customers from warranty or compensation or vis-à-vis contractual partners are a further basis for continuing to store your data. (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR; Art. 17 para. 3 lit. e GDPR).

Marketing data is stored for 3 years after the last contact.

Company-specific data resulting from the use of our software (with the exception of contact data) will be automatically deleted immediately after termination of the contractual relationship.

10. Data Security

We take the protection of your data very seriously and take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, access, or use.

Firebase: To store and process your data, we use Firebase, a platform for developers from Google LLC that provides advanced security infrastructure and services. Firebase employs strict security measures, including encrypting data in transit and at rest and implementing access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to your data.

HubSpot: To contact you via the contact form, we use HubSpot, a CRM platform that applies equally high security standards. HubSpot protects your data through encryption, regular security checks, and compliance with international security standards.

11. Cookies & Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software; you can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, so that they cannot be linked to a specific person. If the data collected about you is personally identifiable, it is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately. We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user.
